What kind of coaching do we offer?
We specialise in Holistic Mind-Body Life Coaching, Positive Psychology & Wellbeing Coaching and Positive Parenting. We help people who want to build self awareness to feel empowered and inspired so that they can feel strong within themselves and improve their overall wellbeing. We love to help people feel strong, empowered and have a positive outlook on their life.
What do you get from working with us?
You will have an internationally qualified and registered Life Coach to help you work out what is blocking you from achieving your goals and desires. We use a holistic approach to help you discover what is going on for you and give you daily actionable steps to put in place to help you start moving forward with your desired change.
Who do we work with?
We work with adults, children and teens to help build self-esteem, self worth, self-love, build resilience, create healthy habits, mood regulation, handling emotions and social interaction skills.
Do we work in primary & high schools?
Yes we do. Sometimes some of the tools and techniques we provide our clients with need a little help implementing them. In those circumstances, we can pop into the school that our client is attending and help them implement the positive steps that we have been working on. Some of the Primary Schools we have worked with will allow our clients to have their session in a delegated area at school if they are unable to attend their sessions after hours.
