We have lots of different activities that we do in our sessions which give you amazing tools and strategies to take home with you and start implementing in your daily lives. We will help you identify what your strengths are, how you can better use them to help you achieve your wellbeing goals, what your core values are, are you living and breathing those values in your decision making processes, what behaviours and habits you have developed that you may like to change and much much more.

For Kids/Teens

Our one on one sessions are a fun way for your children to learn about how their brains work and what role emotions and behaviour play in our lives and how we can make positive routines and create positive habits.

We have a lot of experience working with children on the spectrum. We enjoy helping them to develop their emotional intelligence and create positive habits to use in everyday life.  We work on creating routines and mood regulations as it is an important part of their self-development.

We use fun interactive ways to teach children useful tools to help them flourish in life. Sometimes we might watch a short clip on YouTube, paint a picture, do arts and crafts, make a scrap book full of useful ideas to refer back to in times of overwhelm, create calm down spaces in the home to help with mindfulness activities and much much more.

​Positive Psychology & Wellbeing
Individual Session
 

For Adults

Using Holistic, Mind, Body Connections and Positive Psychology, these sessions are designed to assist you with creating positive changes in your life. Also, for people wanting to make positive changes in their lives but are unsure or lack the knowledge of how to change and stick to it.

Our mind is made up of belief systems, behavioural patterns and habits that make up our personality, most of which have been placed in our minds between the ages of 0 to 7 years old. Then, throughout our teens, we would have added to our garden of experiences in our minds and now we have a whole lot of patterns and behaviours. Most people get caught up in their thinking, feelings and doing what is familiar to them without realising or becoming aware of what we are actually creating in our lives. 

 

These sessions are designed to implement positive changes in your life and stick to them. You will receive tools, resources and advice on how to implement changes ongoing throughout your life to achieve your goals and desires.

We have a wide range of class options for children, adolescent and adults which are great for those who enjoy learning more in a group environment. Our classes are also cost affective if you are wanting to start making some changes but are unable to afford individual sessions.

Calm Kids

Class

Recommended Age

12yrs to 17yrs

Our Calm kids classes are designed to teach children a greater awareness of the mind, body, emotions and the deep connection within that can manifest change.

 

It provides them with further education about the mind and body and teaches them the skills of relaxation and breathing techniques to calm their minds. Educating them about what visualisation is and what benefits it has. Setting them up for a healthy and happy life. Building self-love, positive thoughts, confidence, strengths, self control, mood regulation and happiness within. Opening their minds up to a greater awareness and possibilities. 

 

By educating children on all these things at such a young age, we are setting them up to flourish in today's stressful world, which in turn, will make them more resilient to stress and difficult challenges that may arise in adulthood.

Project Happiness

Class

Recommended Age

5yrs to 11yrs

These classes are run in line with the school terms throughout the year. The aim of these sessions is to teach adolescents social interaction skills, what emotions are and what they mean, how to handle those emotions, creating goals, setting a routine, having self awareness, growth mindset, self-love, building self-esteem and confidence.

 

 These classes will provide your children with tools and resources to handle the challenges that life throws our way sometimes, so they know how to better handle difficult situations and increase their emotional wellbeing as they become an adult. 

 

By educating children on emotional intelligence at such a young age, we are setting them up to flourish in life. Helping them discover what their strengths are and how we can build on those to help them throughout their final years of school will assist with reducing stress in exams and everyday life.

Holistic Positive Psychology & Wellbeing Class

Recommended Age

18+ Adults

Our Positive Psychology & Wellbeing group classes are designed to assist our participants with developing positive techniques to improve their quality of life and maintain it. 

 

Some of us enjoy working in a group setting more than an individual one. These sessions are designed to help those who want to connect with others that may be experiencing similar challenges and overcome them as a group. The group help each other and overcome challenges in a friendly, approachable, non-judgemental environment.

 

 Using Positive Psychology, Health and Wellbeing approaches, we will work through a variety of tools and techniques to assist our participants with improving their overall wellbeing. 

 

These classes are a great way to make some positive changes to help you move forward with like minded people. As a group you will support each other on what you are looking to achieve. Using fun interactive group activities to help us identify what changes we are wanting to make and how we can start making an action plan to move forward with our goals.

Workshop Class

Our Positive Parenting Workshops are designed to give you the top recommended tips on parenting based on science backed research. Being a parent is a rewarding experience and full of joyous moments. Most parents strive to be the best that they can be but often have doubts about how their parenting style will affect their children's development. The relationship between the parent/guardian and the child is extremely important as it has a significant influence on the psychological, physical, social and economical wellbeing of the child. 

Parents usually have little preparation other than their own experiences from their childhood to prepare them for parenthood and the majority of the new experiences come from learning on the job.

 

We can help implement positive changes & habits in the home to help build resilience in your children and create a happy environment for your children to flourish.
