Refund Policy

MAC & MARLEY WELLNESS

Exchanges and refunds are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Your product must also be in the original packaging. If it is past 30 days since the purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not refund if you change your mind or dislike products. 

 

The refund process is as follows:

 

You must contact us prior to returning an item via our customer support page and provide a receipt or proof of purchase. And then we will provide you with the details that are required to return your item. 

 

Once we have received your item, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once you have received your confirmation email, we will review your item and will send you an email update on the progress of your refund within 7 days of the received date. 

 

Once we have reviewed your item and it has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your refund has been approved. Once your refund has been approved, your refund will then be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. 

 

Please note that we are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged. We will do our best to meet all our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and will go to great lengths to ensure the quality of our products is up to standard and to your satisfaction.

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REFUND 

 

If you have not received your refund within 7 days of receiving your approved refund email, please first follow the steps below prior to contacting us:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your credit card company as it may take a few days for your refund to appear in your bank account.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED IN THE EVENT OF:

  • A product has been used 

  • It is not in the same condition that it was received in 

  • Change of mind 

  • Dislike the product 

  • An item is missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Sale items 

Products can be exchanged if the item is defective or damaged anyway. 

 

EXCHANGES 

In the event that a product needs to be exchanged, you must contact us prior to returning an item via our customer support page and provide a receipt or proof of purchase. We will then provide you with the details that are required to return your item. 

 

Once we have received your item, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will process the exchange within 7 days of the received date. 

 

Once your exchange has been processed, you will then receive a confirmation email notifying you that your exchange product has been dispatched. 

 

We cannot exchange an item that is missing parts or damaged for reasons not due to our error. The item is not in the same condition that it was received in or the item has been used.

SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it may take to process an exchange of products may vary depending on the location of where you live. 

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so trackable shipping is always a good option for purchases over $75.
